Sport Utility Segment in 2020 final data: the Toyota RAV4 maintains its supremacy with 3.4% market share, followed by the Honda CR-V. The Haval H6 jumped 4 positions, while the top 4 remain the same as last year.

The best-selling SUV in 2020 is still the Toyota RAV4, leading with 995.762 sales (3.4% market share) and with a very safe margin above the second-best.

This has been the first Sport Utility Vehicles sold worldwide, launched in Japan and Europe in 1994.

The second best-selling SUV is the Honda CR-V with 736.980 units (2.5% share), followed by the Volkswagen Tiguan with 596.898 units (2% share). The Tiguan has been produced since 2007 but is a global car just since the introduction of the second generation in 2016.

In fourth place we have the Hyundai Tucson with 447.494 units, followed by the Haval H6 -up 4 spots- with 382.899 units. In sixth place -down 1 spot- the Nissan Qashqai with 379.586 units, ahead of the Kia Sportage – down 1 spot- with 374.041 units and the Mazda CX-5 -down 1 spot- with 369.750 units.

In ninth place we have the Mercedes GLC -up 2 spots- with 360.461 units and finally, the Chevrolet Equinox falling 2 positions with 347.094 units sold.
